The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority is actively seeking and encouraging new airline entrants into our market, as well as the expansion of service by existing carriers. To facilitate this, the Authority has a variety of airline gate use options available. Currently, in addition to the international arrivals gate (A5), there are eleven (11) gates that are ready to accommodate additional flight activity.

The Authority currently has three (3) gates under its direct control that are immediately available, the international arrivals gate (A5), a gate currently used on a common use per turn fee system, (B9) and a gate which is currently inactive (B11). American Airlines leases seven (7) gates that are inactive, (A1, C8, C11, C13, C14, C15, and C17). These are available for use by new entrants or for expanded service. Continental and US Airways also each have a gate, A6 & B12, respectively, which are inactive and may be made available.
