Artist Statement
“The quilt I slept with for many years became so worn it became necessary to replace it. As I loved this quilt very much, I opted to design and sew a new cover for it. Sewing this quilt got me interested in making more. Two years later, I have designed and made 16 quilts with number 17 under construction. I am still sleeping each night with my old quilt, but now under a new cover, so to speak.” |
