New Services Connect BNA With NYC’s LaGuardia and Branson, Mo.
Delta Air Lines and Branson AirExpress have notified Nashville International Airport (BNA) of new services connecting Nashville International Airport with LaGuardia Airport in New York City and Branson, Mo., respectively.
Delta’s new route, effective September 7, 2010, will replace the current JFK service. This route upgrades the Nashville market’s service to New York with an increase in daily frequencies from two to three.
Branson AirExpress now offers service three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) between Nashville and Branson, Mo., with Embraer 145 jets seating 50 passengers. Frontier Airlines handles passenger check-in from its ticket counter, and flights depart from Gate A2. BNA-Branson service began May 17. “Nashville International Airport is pleased to have the opportunity to connect Nashville travelers with the heart of New York City and Branson through these new services. We welcome any opportunity to make traveling more convenient for our business and leisure travelers,” said Raul Regalado, president and CEO of the Metro Nashville Airport Authority.
